Biographical
Mr. Roberts has practiced law for over 42 years, with a focus on litigation in a variety of substantive areas. In 1996, he became certified as a mediator and has since attended the Harvard Law School Mediation Program of Instruction, Pepperdine University School of Law/Straus Institute Advanced Mediation Training and other advanced mediation training programs. Since certification in 1996, he has maintained an active mediation and alternative dispute resolution practice.
