Biographical

Mr. Saltarelli has 46 years’ of experience litigating and trying commercial disputes, with 27 of those years serving as a neutral for the American Arbitration Association, the ICDR, CPR, and in ad hoc engagements.  Mr. Saltarelli has tried to conclusion and issued reasoned awards in dozens of domestic and international arbitrations and has successfully mediated numerous commercial cases. 

   
Gerry was named a leader in alternative dispute resolution in The Best Lawyers in America (2006-2012). He was identified as an Illinois Super Lawyer in Business Litigation (2005-2012). And, as part of the Law Bulletin Publishing Group’s 2012 survey of the top lawyers in the state, Gerry was designated as a “Leading Lawyer” in Illinois in the following fields: Commercial Litigation; ADR Law: Commercial Litigation; Insurance, Insurance Coverage & Reinsurance Law; and Professional Malpractice Defense Law: Including Legal/Technical/Financial.

Rates Information

$600 per hour, both arbitration and mediation.
