Biographical
Lacy Presnell's practice is concentrated in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation. Mr. Presnell has extensive civil trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts, in the representaion of plaintiffs and defendants, including trying more than 70 cases to a jury verdict. These cases include complex business and estate cases, serious injury and death claims, will and trust disputes, fraud and fiduciary claims, contracts and commercial litigation, professional malpractice claims, security fraud litigation, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings.Â
Mr. Presnell has been certified as a mediator by the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts for court-ordered mediations since 1992. Mr. Presnell has acted as mediator and arbitrator in numerous cases.
