Biographical

Mike Hawkins is a partner, Mediator and Arbitrator and Chair of the ADR Center at Dinsmore. He has extensive experience in all aspects of labor, employment law including FLSA and ERISA litigation,  commercial/business litigation, class action, warranty, Lemon Law and Consumer disputes. Mike has argued two cases in the U.S. Supreme Court and many in-state and Federal Courts of Appeals. He has been selected by Best Lawyers as a top Labor & Employment lawyer  and as an Arbitrator and Mediator.

Mike is an arbitrator and mediator on the AAA Employment, Commercial and Complex Case panels, a prior EEOC mediator, Federal and State Court appointed mediator, member of the Northern Kentucky University ADR Advisory Board, Co-Instructor with FMCS on Mediation at NKU, former Board Member for The Center For Resolution of Disputes, Adjunct Faculty at Xavier University for 3 years teaching mediation and conflict resolution, participated in two Harvard and  Peperdine Negotiation programs,  recognized by Best Lawyers for his mediation and arbitration practice and a frequent speaker and writer on mediation and arbitration. Mr Hawkins has mediated and arbitrated cases in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and West Virginia.
