Biographical
Since January 2019, Anderson Cromer mediated hundreds of civil matters in all stages of litigation; served as either sole arbitrator or member of panel of arbitrators in deciding numerous civil disputes; and was appointed as Special Master in a federal case involving a global settlement of several cases in western North Carolina.
Past Judicial Employment: Sr. Resident North Carolina Superior Court Judge (2017-2018); Resident (2003-2016) Judicial District 17B (Stokes and Surry). Presided over more than 600jury trials. Designated routinely by Chief Justice of NC Supreme Court to oversee, manage, and preside over Rule 2.1 Exceptional Cases. Served as principal judicial contact in North Carolina for insuring settlements of Paxil federal multi-district litigation product liability cases satisfied North Carolina law (Global Settlement).
