Biographical
Anne Kevlin brings more than 30 years of legal and dispute resolution expertise to her mission to help parties avoid the uncertainty, risk, and expense of litigation. Anne is a Florida Supreme Court certified civil circuit and county court mediator and a qualified Florida arbitrator. She holds a certificate in Mediation and Conflict Management from the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation.
Anne has litigated and mediated disputes since becoming a licensed Florida attorney in 1992. She has focused her career on liability, injury, and property insurance disputes, including complex policy coverage issues, and on personal and commercial property litigation nationwide. Anne holds an “AV Preeminent” attorney rating with Martindale-Hubbell, and is recognized by Best Lawyers in America for her work as an insurance law attorney. Anne's experience includes regulatory and litigation work with both admitted and surplus lines insurance carriers, and with the Lloyd's, London insurance market. Anne's previous roles have included litigation management for a Lloyd's, London syndicate; Vice President of Litigation for an insurance company, and Managing Shareholder for the Florida offices of Clausen Miller PC.
Anne is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law, where she served on the Iowa Law Review and the Trial Advocacy Board. In addition to Florida, Anne is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. She received her master’s degree in management in 2011 from the Harvard Extension School, and she received her CII in London Market Award that same year.

Two sided mediation:
$225 per hour per side ($450 per hour total)
Three sided mediation:
$200 per hour per side ($600 per hour total)
Four or more sided mediation
$180 per hour per side
Arbitration $475 per hour, four hour minimum
