Leading Alternative Dispute Resolution providers since 1993, Griffiths•Goyette pioneered the use of Special Masters to resolve multiparty construction litigation in California.

Griffiths•Goyette addresses the challenges of complex litigation by executing clear and purposeful action, optimizing outcomes while minimizing the significant risks, delays and costs of complex civil litigation. Griffiths•Goyette has successfully managed and settled thousands of disputes, primarily involving construction, insurance and real estate related issues, using a proven methodology to streamline the entire dispute resolution process, 

Principal Anne M. Lawlor Goyette has resolved hundreds of complex, multiparty civil disputes as a full time ADR neutral since 1998, with settlements and awards ranging from cost waivers to $ 35 million, through prepared and productive negotiations. Ms. Goyette is an ADR panelist for numerous appellate, state and federal courts, serves as Special Master and Referee for more than two dozen California Superior Courts and acts as Special Master in national and statewide class actions.
