Biographical

Anne M. Lawlor Goyette is a Mediator, Arbitrator, Referee and Special Master at  Signature Resolution and former Principal of Griffiths • Goyette. She has streamlined and resolved thousands of civil disputes as a full time Special Master, Mediator and Arbitrator since 1998. The majority of these cases are multiparty complex cases involving construction, real estate, insurance and related issues. Ms. Goyette also has mediated hundreds of medical product cases nationwide.

Ms. Goyette is an ADR panelist for numerous appellate, state and federal courts, serves as Special Master and Referee for more than two dozen California Superior Courts and acts as Special Master and Arbitrator in national and statewide class actions. She enjoys the highest Top Rated Lawyer-AV® Preeminent™ Martindale Hubbell rating, Super Lawyers® distinction in Alternative Dispute Resolution and California Charter Membership in the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
