Aric Stock has quickly become known as one of the Dallas area’s “go to” mediators for complex, multi-party mediations with high-exposure personal injury and business disputes, as well as a mediator who will work on less complicated matters.
Aric will continue conducting remote mediations, as well as conducting in-person mediations, by request. Please contact Lisa Davis (lisa@strombergstock.com) to schedule your in-person mediation, held at our Dallas offices
Aric's extensive trial and litigation experience provides him with the background and perspective to help individuals, businesses and insurers reasonably resolve their disputes without going through the risk and cost of full-blown litigation and trial. As one of the few, if not the only, Dallas-area mediator who is both a member of NADN and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Aric is an experienced, active advocate for settlement in mediation. He assists the parties in identifying the strengths, weaknesses, risks, benefits and costs of litigation, along with the advantages of exhausting settlement discussions before committing to trial. Aric mediates cases in a respectful, honest manner with an emphasis on a fair process to all parties and attorneys.
With flexible times and Aric’s commitment to creatively exploring settlement, we invite you to book a mediation through our on-line calendar or to contact our office to schedule your next full-day or partial-day mediation.
