Biographical
H. Bart Fleet is a Certified Circuit Court Mediator and a Florida Supreme Court-qualified Arbitrator who has been practicing ADR since 2003. His practice is concentrated in business, estate planning, guardianship, mediation/arbitration, and probate. To date, Bart has mediated over 400 cases, and he is located in Shalimar, Florida.

Rates Information
$200 per hour per party, with a maximum of $600 per hour in the aggregate for all parties. Multiple litigants, represented by the same law firm, shall be considered a single party for these purposes. A single litigant, represented by multiple attorneys, shall also be considered a single party for this purpose.
