Bill Greenwood has over 40 years experience as a trial lawyer representing individuals and companies in a wide variety of civil lawsuits. For more than the last 10 of those years he has also been retained by top lawyers and law firms to serve as a Mediator.

Since 2012 he has limited his practice to mediation. He is certified as a Mediator and draws upon his many years of experience in litigation, trial and appellate practice with case experience in widely diversified areas of law.

Bill mediates cases throughout the state of Oklahoma, predominately in Oklahoma City, OK.  Unless one of the participating law firms offers to host the mediation or arbitration with all participants in agreement, he will make arrangements for conference rooms at a court reporting firm conveniently located and familiar to local law firms.  His services are provided at the rate of $400.00 per hour. Typically the participants are billed on a pro-rata basis unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. He does not charge a scheduling or administrative fee. He is available for out of state mediations upon arrangement.
