Biographical

Brad is an active trial lawyer who has handled thousands of civil cases in his career.  He is a former South Carolina Bar President and is well connected in the South Carolina legal community.  Brad first served as a mediator over 25 years ago when South Carolina was experimenting with the process.  Since that time, he has successfully mediated hundreds of civil matters.  In addition, Brad also serves as arbitrator, special master and hearing officer.  He was one of the architects of a new form of ADR recently approved and codified by the South Carolina Supreme Court:  the Fast Track Jury Trial.

Rates Information

$500 per hour plus expenses.
