Rates Information

The charge for my services is $200 per hour per party up to a maximum of three parties.  For mediations involving more than three parties, I will charge the three-party rate of $600.00 per hour and it will be split equally among the parties.  If one half day is reserved, there is a four-hour minimum charge. If a full day is reserved, there is a six-hour minimum charge. There is no rescheduling or cancellation fee unless done less than five business days prior to the mediation, in which case you will be billed the full minimum rate scheduled for that day. I do require a deposit in order to reserve time for mediation.  For a one-half day mediation, I require a deposit for the four (4) hour minimum charge.  For a full day mediation, I require a deposit equivalent to the six (6) hour minimum charge.
