Biographical
Mr. Rendzio is a former Circuit Court Judge who is certified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Construction Lawyer and has achieved an AV® Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, which is the highest peer review rating available for ethical and legal ability. He was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers® magazine beginning in 2010 for construction litigation and recognized in Jacksonville Magazine’s 904 Top Lawyers in Jacksonville for construction law. He now serves as a full-time neutral.
His prior trial experience has involved representing owners, architects, engineers, contractors, developers, insurance carriers and sureties in disputes involving insurance coverage issues, roof design, building envelope, water intrusion, general construction issues, mechanical equipment design and construction, EIFS-related issues, and design defects.

2 Party Case: $225 per party; per hour
3 Party Case: $225 per party; per hour
4 Party Case: $200 per party; per hour
5+ Party Case: $875 per hour split equally among the parties
