General mediation (other than domestic relations) for approximately twenty five years involving over two thousand five hundred cases. Completed a 20-hour basic mediation training course. Participates as speaker or attendee at annual ADR continuing legal education events. Member of the Panel of Neutrals for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama and is recognized by the Alabama Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution. Regularly appointed by circuit court judges in Mobile, Baldwin, Clarke, Choctaw and Washington Counties in Alabama, federal judges in the Southern District of Alabama and Alabama appellate courts for court ordered mediations. Selected by lawyers throughout Alabama for voluntary mediations. Successfully conducted mediations in every aspect of civil litigation. Arbitrator for over 18 years in all areas of civil practice. One of two individuals from Alabama selected by Judge Barbier to serve on the BP Appeals Panel.
