Biographical
Clem Hyland offers mediation and arbitration services in civil cases involving personal injury, labor and employment, and commercial matters in State, Federal and Appellate courts.
Mr. Hyland's legal career spans 33 years of litigating cases, 26 years as a defense counsel representing corporations and insurance companies, and 7 years representing individual plaintiffs at Morgan & Morgan. Since 2007, Mr. Hyland has transitioned his practice to fulltime dispute resolution work, throughout the Central Florida region.

Rates Information
Mr. Hyland's hourly rate is $310.00 which is divided equally among the parties. A minimum time of two hours will be billed for mediations scheduled for four hours or less. A minimum of 4 hours will be billed for mediations scheduled for more than four hours. There is no travel fee for mediations held in the following counties: Brevard, Flagler, Hillsborough, Marion(one hour), Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, St. Lucie, Sumter (one hour) and Volusia.
