I have mediated hundreds of cases in Texas since mediation first began in this state in the mid-80s.  In addition, I maintain an appellate practice and continue to do litigation support at the trial court level.  I consider my board certifications in Civil Trial, Personal Injury and Civil Appellate as well as my continued real world experience in our trial and appellate courts uniquely valuable resources for evaluating cases and helping to bring parties together to reach amicable (as possible) resolutions.
