Biographical
During my tenure as a United States Magistrate Judge. I was humbled and honored that parties frequently sought me out as their settlement judge. Over 17 years, I conducted nearly 1000 settlement conferences and settled the vast majority of them. And during my years as a federal judge, I presided by the parties’ consent in hundreds of civil cases in every area of federal court jurisdiction including employment, False Claims Act, and patent cases. With the litigation judgment that comes from this experience and through persistence and creative solutions, I can help litigants reach a satisfying resolution of their cases, a resolution that helps them move forward in their business and personal lives. If I can help you, give me a call and we will get it done.
