Biographical
David has acted as lead trial counsel for corporate and insurance clients, and as a litigator has participated in over 100 trials in the Federal and State Courts of Tennessee and Georgia. He has also served as a seminar speaker and panelist in areas of workers' compensation, general liability and professional ethics and malpractice prevention, both to the members of the legal profession and to corporate and insurance clients.
In more recent years, David has devoted a high percentage of his time to ADR practice, mediating over 1250 cases with a high settlement rate.

Rates Information
CIVIL: $350 per hour with $1000.00 minimum.
Family: $275.00 per hour with 2 hour minimum with mediations held at home office or by Zoom.
