David Cook has over 47 years active practice of law in Southwest Louisiana, with an emphasis on personal injury litigation. He has extensive litigation and appellate experience in State and Federal Courts, and, since 1995, has been AV rated with Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer-reviewed rating for both legal ability and ethics.
Since commencing his ADR practice in 1993, over 30 years ago, David has mediated in excess of 2,500 cases, with a high rate of settlement. He has also served as Attorney Chairman of the Medical Review Panel in over 600 Medical Malpractice Cases.
