Rates Information
Pre-mediation Review Services — billed at hourly rate of $720 per hour;
Half-day Mediation Session (four hours or less) — flat fee rate of $3,900;
Full-day Mediation Session (more than four hours) — flat fee rate of $7,650;
Administrative Fee Charge, for services performed in connection with scheduling and conducting the mediation session — $450; and
In the event that the matter does not settle at the mediation session and the parties contact the Mediator for additional assistance following the mediation session, the Mediator will bill for any additional time at $720 per hour.
