Biographical
In January 2012, Dennis T. Ducharme became a full time mediator and arbitrator. Previously, Dennis had worked as a trial lawyer and mediator in a large general practice law firm located in Manchester, NH. Over the past 30-plus years, Dennis has tried more than 150 jury trials in the New Hampshire state and federal courts, and handled appeals to both the New Hampshire Supreme Court and First Circuit Court of Appeals.
Dennis' mediation work began in 1992 with the adoption of Superior Court Rule 170. Since then, he has mediated hundreds of cases. Many experienced trial lawyers rely on Dennis to get their most challenging cases resolved. -
Dennis is a frequent Continuing Legal Education speaker on panels covering mediation, litigation, advocacy, evidence and trial tactics. He writes frequently for the NH Bar News on mediation topics.
