- Unique cases include clergy sexual abuse, congregational disputes, and family busniess conflicts
- Mediated over 600 commercial, financial, and business disputes
- Mediated over 200 real estate, real property, eminent domain, and easement disputes
- Mediated over 200 private, commercial, and industrial construction disputes

Rates Information
Mediation: $1,500 per party
Arbitration: $5,000 per day, split between the paries. Two day minimum.
Accepting online engagements only until the covid-19 crisis passes.
