Biographical
Edward H. Pappas has served as an arbitrator and mediator in numerous complex commercial cases, including cases involving non-competition provisions, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contracts, tortious interference, deadlocked corporations and partnerships, business breakups, valuations of businesses and real estate, fraud, business defamation, minority shareholder oppresion, misappropriation of corporate opportunities, unfair competition, and intellectual property disputes. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association's Large Complex Case Panel and the ADR sections of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. He is approved as a Michigan trial court mediator by the Michigan Supreme Court Administrative Office.
