Biographical

Evan S. Goldstein has broad and varied litigation and ADR experience that includes handling professional liability, personal injury, product liability, construction, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, commercial litigation and medical malpractice matters.  

Mr. Goldstein was certified as an injury and Wrongful Death Litigation Specialist by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization commencing in 1999 to present. He has been listed in Southwest Super Lawyers since 2010 and among Arizona’s Finest Lawyers and is an AV Preeminent rated attorney in Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.

Due to his extensive courtroom experience, Mr. Goldstein has been a featured speaker on insurance bad faith, breach of contract, declaratory relief actions, uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage at seminars sponsored by the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and other various continuing legal education entities.

Mr. Goldstein has also been appointed as a Special Master in discovery and dispute matters, as well as acted as an umpire in property disputes for purposes of appraisal. Before entering the practices of law, Evan was a Law Clerk for the Honorable James Duke Cameron, Justice of the Supreme Court of Arizona. He is still a practicing lawyer, is licensed with the Arizona State Bar, spending equal time as retained defense counsel for various insurance companies, specializing in insurance bad faith, breach of contract and declaratory relief actions, while at the same time maintaining an active and much publicized plaintiff’s personal injury practice.

Rates Information

Mediation/Arbitration rates for 2025 - $600.00/per hour.

Mediation/Arbitration Rates Effective 1-1-26:

– 2 Party Case: $325 per party per hour
– 3 Party Case: $275 per party per hour
– 4 (or higher) Party Case: $225 per party per hour

For out of state or complex mediations, please call for rates.

The mediation/arbitration fee is calculated based on the hourly billing rate as detailed above including any pre-mediation preparation time and post-mediation follow-up time spent on the matter.

Note: we do not charge any administrative, scheduling, or rescheduling fees. In exchange we ask that you please respect our time and the cancellation policy below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule, our office must be notified via email 30 days prior to the scheduled date and time for that particular mediation or arbitration in order to avoid the cancellation fee.

Accepting bookings four months in advance.  New monthly bookings available the first Monday of each month.
