For the past 47 years, Gayle Malone has been actively engaged in trial practice in civil matters, representing individuals and/or corporate entities, as plaintiffs or defendants, in most all types of civil litigation. Over the past seventeen years, approximately 70% to 75% of his professional time has been devoted to the active practice of civil trial law, involving the preparation and trial of catastrophic injury and death cases or complex business matters. During this period, approximately 25% to 30% of his professional time has been devoted to mediating or arbitrating civil cases.
