Biographical

Geoffrey B. White, founder and President of Legal Options, Inc., has been the principal mediator and arbitrator for the dispute resolution company since 1997. He has mediated and arbitrated thousands of cases throughout New England and the  United States. Mr. White retired from the practice of law following a twenty-four year career as a trial attorney concentrating in complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts. In addition to his work as a full-time neutral, he has served on the adjunct faculty at Western New England College School of Law and lectured as a panel member for various educational and training programs in the field of ADR. Mr. White concentrates in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, professional negligence, state and federal tort claims, civil rights, employment law and insurance coverage disputes.
