Biographical
Jack L. Townsend, Sr. has been providing outstanding services for mediations and arbitrations throughout Florida since 1996. While acting as a neutral mediator or consulting on effective Alternative Dispute Resolutions presentations, Jack has shown he has the ability to further the process and bridge the gap to resolving claims and disputes. Jack has received the designation of a Florida Bar Board Certified Attorney--Civil Trial and uses his background in litigation to explore all avenues of dispute resolution.

Rates Information
Mediator Fee:
Video Conference Mediations rate is $500.00/hour; In-Person Mediation rate within the Federal 11th Circuit is $650.00/hour a plus modest travel fee as set out on our current rate sheet; and In-Person Mediation rate outside the Federal 11th Circuit, within the continental US, is $8,500.00/day, a flat rate including travel and mediation fee. For In-Person Mediations, the attorneys must provide mediation conference rooms or pay a fee for the mediator to provide mediation conference rooms.
