Biographical
This Tampa-native legal professional has presided in some 5200 ADR matters, 2000 of which were hurricane related. With degrees from Yale University, Southwestern and South Texas College of Law-Houston, Williams began his career in Denver as General Counsel to an environmental concern before later returning to Florida as a prosecutor for the state. Additional years of private trial practice have yielded an experienced mediator, arbitrator and umpire. Williams also has served as the Primary Trainer for circuit civil mediation in several programs around the state and at the University of South Florida and was previously appointed by the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court to the grievance board (MQB) for all mediators in Florida, and the (QCC) Qualifications Complaint Committee.

Rates Information
$300.00 per hour-to be divided equally between the parties, half day minimum. No travel fee will be assessed if ADR session site is within two hours round-trip drive time of Brandon, FL (33511). Otherwise, a one-time travel fee of $150.00 may be assessed. Any additional fee incurred on behalf of the mediation shall be divided equally between the parties (i.e. conference room). Any document review or preparation (beyond 15 minutes), may be billable at the hourly rate.
