Hon. Jay Young (ret.) is an experienced judge, mediator, arbitrator, special master, and litigator with a focus on complex cases. He brings more than 30 years of expertise in the areas of business/commercial, personal injury, and real estate law. In his various roles, he has helped resolve thousands of matters through ADR.
Judge Young is also a sought after lecturer and author on pretrial and trial techniques. He has also taught as an adjuct professor at UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law and at the Community College of Southern Nevada. His books include:
