Biographical
Jeff grew up in Maryland and then moved with his family to Utah where he attended high school. He went on to the University of Utah for both his undergraduate work and law school. He has worked at his current firm since 1994, when he was a second-year law student. His practice has been in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and construction defect. Since 2017, Utah Business Magazine has identified him as one of only a few “Utah Legal Elites” in the area of personal injury and wrongful death mediation and arbitration. He is conversant in Spanish. He genuinely enjoys spending time with plaintiff and defense attorneys and it is an honor to assist them in resolving their cases
He and his wife have three children. He enjoys reading history, working in the yard, and watching college sports.
