Biographical

Jerry O. Potter is a certified civil trial specialist who has practiced in Memphis and West Tennessee since 1976. He has extensive experience in medical and other types of professional malpractice claims, construction disputes, nursing home litigation, product liabillity cases, premises liability cases, worker's compensation claims, automobile and trucking accident cases, libel and slander suits, and insurance coverage disputes.

Mr. Potter has been a Rule 31 Listed mediator since 1997. He has mediated over 2,500 matters involving a board range of civil cases.

Rates Information
