Biographical
Jim Kay is a Nashville native and former trial lawyer who mediates or arbitrates the most difficult cases. A veteran of over 75 jury trials to verdict, 3600 mediations and 300 cases as arbitrator, Mr. Kay is consistently chosen by counsel to assist in complex buisness, construction, real estate and personal injury cases. Mr. Kay began mediating cases in 1998 as one of the first attorneys in Nashville to do so. He provides reliable assistance to counsel through his personal expertise in construction and business including internal business operations. He is generally booked 100 days in advance..
