Jim Pratt was a trial lawyer for 33 years, representing both plaintiffs and defendants and was Board Certified as a Civil Trial lawyer from 2000 until his retirement from the active practice of law in 2015. For the last 17 years of active practice, he was a staff counsel managing attorney, claims manager, and Director of Florida Staff Counsel for Geico General Insurance Company. Jim is currently a certified circuit civil mediator. Jim has handled almost every type of personal injury case, and his varied experience gives him a unique perspective that will enable him to assist all parties to reach a resolution of their claim.
