Biographical
In my litigation days, I was a civil defense attorney and trial lawyer, however, I am now, happily, a full time circuit civil mediator! My practice areas included first and third party insurance litigation, general liability, premises liability, wrongful death, negligence, product defect, nursing home/ALF, medical malpractice, and 1983/civil rights cases in particular excessive force, in both the trial and appellate state courts as well as the federal courts (primarily the Middle District). I have tried my fair share of cases and do like to keep up with judges' rulings and jury verdict trends to better assist all parties in fully understanding their choices and the risks of proceeding with litigation. Sometimes, you have to think outside the box to get closure. With empathy and a personal, but firm, touch, I call issues like I see them and get disputes resolved. How can I help you?
