His practice for the past approximately thirty- threeyears has been concentrated in civil litigation, in which he represents plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Smith has been a Certified Superior Court Mediator since 1996, and a Certified Family Financial Mediator since 2004, and has mediated over 1000 cases since his initial certification. Mr. Smith also is selected frequently to serve as an arbitrator for UM/UIM and construction-related claims.
