Kristen Wolf

For more than 30 years, Kristen has practiced as a litigator throughout New York State and Federal Courts as a former Confidential Law Clerk to New York State Supreme Court Justice where she worked for over thirteen years.  Kristen has sucessfully mediated over 500 cases a neutral mediator.

Kristen has an excellent rapport with the bench, bar and litigants and believes in fostering confidential, safe and effective communication in a non-hostile environment. Kristen understands the importance of allowing all sides to be heard and works from a neutral standpoint to guide the parties toward resolution. As a trusted mediator by both insurance companies, self insured businesses, plaintiff's counsel and their clients. Kristen has developed a reputation as being able to negotiate in emotionally charged environments with complex cases, tenaciously working on the issues no matter how long it takes to come to a resolution. 

Kristen is also dedicated and passionate about working with students who are interested in the law and the judicial system.  Kristen has volunteered at the high school level, college level and at the University of Buffalo school of  law as a Judge and assisting in mediation competitions, trial competitions and speaking engagements with students about careers in the law. 

As a Confidential Law Clerk, Kristen was assigned to interview and oversee aspects of the New York State Supreme Court Judicial internship program where she enjoyed working directly with law students to enhance their experience.
