Kristi Paulson is a full time mediator and ADR neutral in the areas of civil law, family law and arbitration.  She is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral in the State of Minnesota and Rule 8.9 Qualified in the State of North Dakota.   Kristi is recognized as a leader in online mediation and ADR and is a frequent speaker and presenter on the topic of online dispute resolution.    An experienced trial lawyer with over 25 years of experience in the courtroom, Kristi brings real life, practical and creative solutions to the mediaiton process.  She brings her experiences, her civility and her professionalism to each and every client she meets. She customizes her approaches and works to meet individual needs.  She never hesitates to think out of the box and find creative solutions.
