Biographical
Mr. Parks is committed to mediation as the new way to litigate and conducts over 100 mediations annually. He relies on his extensive trial and appellate experience, allowing him to assist litigants with a pragmatic valuation of their case based on past results in similar cases, the judge to which your case is assigned, your jury pool, and the appellate climate in which any verdict would be reviewed. His national trial practice representing, both plaintiffs and defendants, keeps him current with the numerous and nuanced factors essential to a meaningful litigation risk analysis for both sides that leads to successful mediations. His mediation philosophy is to focus the parties on the future and seek a win-win solution that solves past problems by seeking out a settlement that becomes the bridge to tomorrow for all parties.
