Levi J. Benton

Levi J. Benton is a former judge of the 215th District Court in Houston, Harris County, Texas. Levi presided over thousands of lawsuits, summary judgment hearings, bench trials, injunction hearings and more than 150 jury trials. Levi's judicial tenure of nearly 10 years was followed by a year as Partner in a major Texas law firm where he tried lawsuits and successfully handled litigation in both federal and state courts.

Levi also mediates cases and serves as mediator an arbitrator in substantial damage claim disputes.
