Hon. Mark F. Aceto (Ret.)

Mark served on the Maricopa County Superior Court from 1995 to 2015.  For 2 years beginning in 2007, Mark served as Presiding Judge of the Court's Civil Department.  While on the bench,  Mark received mediation training at the National Judicial College and from the Judicial Division of the ABA.  Since retirement, Mark has devoted his practice exclusively to neutral services, focusing on mediation and arbitration of civil and insurance disputes.  Mark has been a CLE presenter on the topic of mediation for the State Bar, the County Bar, and to the Maricopa County Superior Court judges.

Mark graduated with honors from both Villanova University in 1977 and from the Arizona State University College of Law in 1980.

Mark has served on a number of Bar committees, including the State Bar’s Civil Practice and Procedure Committee and the Arizona Supreme Court’s Complex Civil Litigation Committee. He served as a judge pro tem at the Arizona Court of Appeals in 1994, 2005 and 2006. Mark has also served as adjunct faculty at the Arizona State University College of Law.

Effective January 1, 2027, Mark's rates will be $600 per hour for all neutral services.
