Biographical

Mark has, over the course of his career, had a general civil trial practice emphasizing medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice defense, plaintiff's personal injury cases and commercial litigation. He is now primarily engaged in mediation and arbitration and has successfully served as a mediator in personal injury, commercial litigation, estate and employment cases in Lincoln, Omaha and throughout Nebraska and the region.
