Mark is a founding partner of the Reding & Pilney law firm. Since 1987 Mark has maintained a civil trial practice consisting of the defense of personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, and insurance coverage issues. Mark has tried dozens of cases to verdict.
In addition to his trial practice, Mark mediates and arbitrates hundreds of cases annually in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
