Biographical
After 30 plus years as an advocate, Paul enjoys the opportunity to help parties resolve their disputes through his mediation practice. As a North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission Certified Superior Court Mediator and Certified Clerk Guardainship and Estate Mediator, Paul is also available to use his experience to assist lawyers and parties resolve differences, whether in pending litigation or otherwise. Paul will work hard to achieve settlements when such is possible. Paul has been recognized in the 2023 and 2024 North Carolina Super Lawyers list for Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Rates Information
Rates include $250.00 as the Administrative Fee and $320.00 per hour for conducting the Mediated Settlement Conference. There is no charge for reasonable travel and no minimum charge. There is no Cancellation Fee in the event the matter is settled or otherwise cancelled 15 days prior to the date for the Mediated Settlement Conference and a $500.00 Cancellation Fee is due if cancelled within 15 days of the scheduled Conference, along with the Administrative Fee.
