Dick Young has been practicing law for more than 35 years. An experienced mediator and litigator, Dick uses his extensive experience in the courtroom, dealing with clients and opposing counsel, and preparing matters for settlement when he presides over mediations. Realizing that it is often more favorable for all parties involved to reach a mutually beneficial settlement, Dick handles each mediation in a practical and efficient manner while treating all parties involved with respect and maintaining his neutrality throughout the process. Because of this, Dick has been recognized by his peers with several awards over the years, signifying his ability to interact with attorneys and parties while working to resolve legal disputes.
