Biographical

Mr. Meynardie is a trial lawyer with more than 30 years of commercial, real property, construction, and trust & estate litigation experience. Mr. Meynardie's construction related experience includes prosecution and defense of delay and lost productivity claims involving defective or inadequate design, differing site conditions, and defective construction. His commercial litigation experience includes breach of sales and non-sales contracts, business ownership disputes, employee defection (non-competes and trade secrets), fraud and other business torts, unfair trade and competition, protection of trade secrets and enforcement of covenants not to compete.  In Mr. Meynardie's litigation practice he has also represented both proponents of testamentary estates and caveators.

Mr. Meynardie has been a Superior Court certified mediator since 1999 and has served as a neutral in more than 1,000 civil cases. Mr. Meynardie is a member of the American Arbitration Association's commercial and construction panels for both arbitration and mediation.
