Biographical
Since retiring from the bench in 2007, Judge Morrill has been in fulltime ADR practice. He has mediated over 1200 cases, covering a wide array of civil disputes
During Judge Morrill's time on the New Hampshire Superior Court, he presided over thousands of jury and non-jury trials, winning the "Award for Judicial Excellence" accolade in 1999.

Rates Information
$350 per hour for for a two party-mediation; $400 per hour for a three or more-party mediation; Travel time: $100.00 per hour. Rescheduling/Cancellations: There is no charge for rescheduling a mediation. There is no charge for canceling a mediation if done at least 10 days prior to the scheduled date. Otherwise, there is a $400 per party cancellation fee. If the mediator is able to substitute another mediation, there is no cancellation fee.
