Biographical
Since retiring from the bench in 2007, Judge Morrill has been in fulltime ADR practice. He has mediated over 1500 cases, covering a wide array of civil disputes
During Judge Morrill's time on the New Hampshire Superior Court, he presided over thousands of jury and non-jury trials, winning the "Award for Judicial Excellence" accolade in 1999.

Rates Information
First four (4) hours and Minimum Charge: For a two-party mediation: $800 per party. For a three-party mediation: $600 per party. For a four or more-party mediation: $2000 split equally among the parties. This minimum fee covers the first four (4) hours.
Subsequent hours: After the initial four (4) hours my hourly rate is $400 per hour for a two-party mediation and $450 per hour for three or more parties.
Travel: Travel in excess of two (2) hours roundtrip is billed at the rate of $100 per hour.
Rescheduling/Cancellations: There is no charge for rescheduling a mediation. There is no charge for canceling a mediation if done at least 10 days prior to the scheduled date. Otherwise, there is a $400 per party cancellation fee. If the mediator is able to substitute another mediation, there is no cancellation fee.
