Robert P. Noell

Robert Noell is a member of the firm and his primary area of practice is construction law. Mr. Noell has extensive experience in representing owners/developers, general contractors, subcontractors and specialty contractors in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, and the preparation and resolution of contract and lien claims. His clients are engaged in commercial, industrial, institutional, and high-end residential projects. Mr. Noell has an AV Rating by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America© in construction law. He has repeatedly been selected as a “Top Attorney” in Knoxville in construction law by Cityview magazine. He served as an Adjunct Professor in The University of Tennessee Construction Science Program, where he taught construction law for several years. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association panel of construction arbitrators and is listed as a Rule 31 civil mediator by the Tennessee Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission.  Mr. Noell was born in Memphis, Tennessee.
