Bob has been the managing partner of the law firm since 1994. Riley & Hurley PC represents individuals, corporations, healthcare institutions and lawyers/law firms in transactions and complex litigation. In addition, the firm has a specialized practice involving professional and amateur sports, athletes and their unions in collective bargaining, grievances and contract arbitration.
Bob has served as an independent mediator, facilitator and arbitrator in hundreds of civil matters. These have involved professional legal, medical and accounting malpractice lawsuits, personal injury cases, appeals, labor and employment claims, corporate, commercial, real estate and title disputes, class actions and complex mass tort and contract matters.
