Robert E. Schmitt

Robert E. “Bob” Schmitt has been a trial attorney for over 50 years practicing primarily in the area of personal injury litigation, although he has handled and tried cases involving many different areas of the law. He has significant experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants and has been lead counsel in approximately 100 civil jury trials. Bob has been married to his “first wife”, Dianne, for over 50 years and is the proud father of five, grandfather of 16 and great-grandfather of 1.

If proceeding is held outside of Prescott, travel is billed at one-half rate, plus expenses.
