Biographical

After 34-plus years of litigation practice with Royston, Rayzor, Vickery & Williams, LLP, in Houston, in 2007 Robins Brice relocated his practice to the Caroline Center for Dispute Resolution in order to concentrate on providing mediation and arbitration services in Houston and other locations. Prior ADR Experience includes cases involving Maritime collisions/allision, aviation, cargo damage, indemnity, personal injury and death and insurance coverage and defense matters for domestic insurers, underwriters at Lloyds and the London Companies market.

Rates Information

$1850/per party per day for a full day of mediation in Houston, subject to adjustment based on number of parties, amount in controversy or half day scheduling, plus actual airfare and or hotel expense. No charge for travel time unless otherwise expressly agreed.  Arbitration on an hourly basis, $500 per hour in 2020.
